Using our new online registration wizard is easy! Here’s how the process works; simply enter your voucher, security, or reference code (if applicable). Include your travel destination or description of the package and provide the discount page name and country where you bought the voucher. Then please make sure to attach the voucher. If you get stuck during the process, don’t worry! We periodically save your progress so that you may return later and pick back up where you left off. If you forget to resume your Online Registration, We’ll also send you an email reminder to make sure you come back and complete the process.

Once you’ve completed the online activation process, your information will be registered and your voucher will be ready to be used in the next 12-18 months, depending on the package you purchase. After completing the activation process you’ll be ready to place the reservation any time on our web page: http://www.jzvacations.com you are also welcome to contact us to book your vacation as soon as you receive the redemption confirmation email from us. However, your online activation process is not a reservation request. In other words, you’re welcome to book your vacation as soon as you receive the redemption confirmation email, and the hotel must be requested minimum 20 to 30 days before your check in date.
